The Marcia Mounsey Foundation and Planned Pethood Plus are pleased to announce the 9^th Annual Northside Strike 5K/10K Race and Walk to benefit the children of Northwest Denver on Saturday, June 21, at 9 a.m. at Sloan's Lake.

Last year, the Northside Stride attracted elite athletes to Sloan’s Lake Park and raised approximately $6,000. The only race of its kind, the Northside Stride is organized by Dr. Jeff Young, owner of Planned Pethood Plus veterinary hospital and the head track and cross country coach at Denver North High School.

All abilities are welcome and all donations are tax deductible. Come join us for a Saturday morning of fun, free refreshment, and post-race prizes.

Individual entry fees are $25 before June 25th. Registration is $30 after June 25th.

Prizes will also be awarded to teams (3 score, 1 must be female). Team fees are $30, plus individual entries, but fees are waived for teams who are sponsored. 

Medals are 3 deep per age category.
